John Marshall Media

"John Marshall Media is a Multi GRAMMY Award-Winning Audio Production Studio That Specializes in Audiobooks, Educational Content, and Podcast Production."

When I was first introduced to the project, the main goal was to make a platform, where publishers + authors could easily find voice acting talent, for the making of audio books.

Understanding the Scope

  1. Website (logged out)
  2. Web App (Signed in)
  3. Publisher Account
  4. Talent Account
  5. Misc Print Extras
  6. Print Ad
  7. Post Card

THE WEBSITE

Here are a few of the website screens including: Home, About, and Services. The website was where a user would land and either log in, sign up, or learn more about the company / interface before creating an account.

THE WEB APP

The web app consisted of two main user roles: that of the talent and that of the publisher or independent author. Within the interface as a user seeking voice talent, they first created project (i.e. the book they needed turned into an audio book). Once a project was created they would then browse talent, where they could filter by demographic, listen to samples, and add multiple voice actors to their project to compare and contrast before purchasing.

ADDITIONAL PRINT MATERIAL

The print material I personally worked on consisted of two post cards: One being American and one being Asian. For obvious reasons working with another language, especially one that doesn't use Latin character is always difficult.
